Do you like Netflix and what do you not like about it?

I like them but I hate how they changed the way things look on new
arrivals, it's hard to just go down the line and hit "Not Interested'
or rate it like it was before (like when searching "New Arrivals")

Maybe they did this in person to slow peeps down from watching so many
movies

I also HATE how they took away the ability to email them about
suggestions, etc. Why do I have to call a number and this is
supposedly more friendly? It's more inconvenient and I think they know
peeps are probaby going to just carry on and not bother unless its a
big-time problem.

Come on Netflix you were great be great again! how do you guys feel?
