At nearly 70K downloads, do we say this dude K.R.I.T. has had
commercial success? I still listen to this mixtape and K.R.I.T. Wuz
Here and honestly we can't say he's the savior of hip hop (whoever
says there is/needs a savior of hip hop is nostalgic, because as music
ever evolves and we can't change that). A thing I see different
between K.R.I.T. and other emerging artists is he isn't using shock
value but actually has quality music and talent to back it up
(honestly Odd Future is good but its a bit played out to me by now, so
what are they going to do next, so their fame probably won't last, and
I'm not saying its any different for K.R.I.T. or that he will achieve
as much success but he seems to have a better product). So now, a bit
over 3 months later, I still listen to this mixtape and its one of my
favorite mixtapes, though not perfect. So what are your thoughts on
Big K.R.I.T. at this time, 3 months out from his most popular mixtape?
